Please note the following important information about our aquarium pump:

1. This submersible aquarium pump must be fully submerged in water before powering on to prevent it from burning out. It should not be run without water, as this can damage the pump and result in loud noises. Make sure to disconnect the power supply before changing water.

2. If the pump suddenly stops working or makes unusual noises, it may be due to debris blockage. We recommend cleaning the pump regularly, approximately every two months, to prevent clogs.

3. Insufficient power or frequency can affect the flow rate of the fountain pump. The maximum flow rate of the pump is 50 GPH without using a pump water pipe. If you connect a pump water pipe, the flow rate will be less than 50 GPH.

4. This mini pump has a strainer design, so please take precautions to protect baby fishes from being sucked into the pump.
